Lee has been Crossroads’ leader since 1998. Lee has a Master’s of Science in Addiction Psychology and is independently licensed. He has been appointed to the Governor’s group-ASAP (Arizona Substance Abuse Partnership) and is co-chair of the ASAP’s Program Inventory Work Group.

Donna has been with Crossroads since 2010. She is a Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) in Arizona and New Mexico. Donna is a Question, Persuade and Refer (QPR) trainer and holds a CPSW Veteran Endorsement from the state of New Mexico.

Chris has been with Crossroads since 2007 and in the recovery field for 15 years. He is a US Army Veteran, Peer-Support Certified and Crossroads Alumni. He specializes in obtaining licensing, contracts and state and federal compliance requirements.

Tammy has been with Crossroads since 2007. Tammy was named the 2018 Non-profit Controller of the year awarded by Financial Executives International. She holds a bachelor’s of science in accounting.

Joe has been with Crossroads since 2009. Joe is a Certified Peer Support Worker and trained in ASSIST. Joe is masterful at communication and staff relations.
