our story

In 1958, a group of committed citizens laid the groundwork for what is now the largest residential substance abuse treatment program in the Southwestern United States.

Armed with a desire to help others struggling to overcome addiction, they opened Crossroads’ first facility, Crossroads East, in Phoenix in 1960. This began the 50+ year legacy of Crossroads changing lives, one person at a time. Crossroads continuously works to expand and improve our programs to meet the rapidly growing need for addiction services in Arizona. We operate 7 large campuses, 5 for men and 2 for women, with a combined total of 408 beds.

As the addiction issue has grown, including the current opioid crisis in America, Crossroads has also grown to now include our franchise department, CORLATE®. The vision and mission of the parent company has always been to help as many suffering with the disease of addiction as possible, this will now carry on Nationwide with the addition of CORLATE.

“Being at Crossroads has given me the chance to find serenity. It has given me the fellowship with the men here, who have walked the same roads I have in this life.”
